Who we are
We at Islands provides the following services.
- Island Galaxy – Property for Sales, Developers and for Long Term use.
- Island Accommodation – 7 Accommodative locations that provides Accommodation and Homestay, Villas for both Local and Overseas (Long / Short term stay).
- Island Agency & Equipment Hire– Providessell household hardware for home improvement including: fasteners, building materials, hand tools, power tools, keys, locks, hinges, chains, plumbing supplies, electrical supplies, cleaning products, housewares, tools, utensils, paint, and lawn and garden products directly to consumers for use at home or for business. These include hunting and fishing supplies, plants and nursery products, marine and boating supplies, pet food and supplies, farm and ranch supplies including animal feed, swimming pool chemicals, home brewing supplies and canning supplies.
- Island Café/ Transit Café – Our Café provide the highest quality food and beverages especially the Coffees. Our Café wants to be in the business of helping the customers to relieve their daily stress activity by providing piece of mind through great ambience, convenient location and best customer services.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
By default Islands does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However some of our plugins may collect personal data such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds. Please see below
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar – This web service lets users upload an online avatar and will associate the avatar with their email address to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
When you send us an email, the only data that is retained is your name or alias, and your email address. This information is kept for only one year and is not used for marketing purposes, but only to comment back to your comment to us.
